What happens during an osteopathic consultation

Having completed the examination and explained the diagnosis, your osteopath will discuss with you the treatment approach they propose using, and with your agreement will treat you with a variety of techniques which they believe are suitable for you. This may include techniques such as soft tissue massage, joint articulation, functional release, muscle energy techniques, cranial osteopathy and joint manipulation.
